Requirements
- Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, -Ingenieurwesen oder Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung wie z. B. zum Fachinformatiker:in
- ServiceNow-Erfahrung im Umgang mit Standardmodulen (GCR/IRM, Secops, Asset Management) und Business Applikationen auf Basis der ServiceNow App Engine
- Projekterfahrung bei der Durchführung von Implementationsprojekten inklusive Lösungsarchitektur, Rollout-Management und der Systemintegration (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP)
- Praxiserprobtes Wissen im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken (z. B. MySQL, Oracle), optimalerweise auch mit agilen Vorgehensweisen (z. B. Scrum/SAFE) und
- Reisebereitschaft sowie sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
