  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory.
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in program management.
  • Experience in managing full cycle of Healthcare Compliance products is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Good understanding of API's, Cloud Infrastructure and Networking.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and collaboration platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is highly desirable.
  • Leadership and Communication:
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English for effective collaboration and presentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex program-related issues.
