Create detailed project plans, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely execution.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment and facilitate effective communication between product development teams, including R&D, engineering, design, marketing, and quality assurance.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks associated with product development, implement mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues to minimize delays.
- Resource Allocation: Manage and optimize resource utilization, including human resources, budgets, and external vendors, to ensure efficient program execution.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the product development process, implementing industry best practices and agile methodologies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular program updates to senior management, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring transparency and managing expectations.

Additionally, you must be able to achieve objectives unsupervised, independently, and within a distributed team., * Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is mandatory.
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in program management. Experience in managing full cycle of Healthcare Compliance products is highly desirable.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Good understanding of API's, Cloud Infrastructure and Networking. Familiarity with project management tools (., Jira) and collaboration platforms. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools is highly desirable.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English for effective collaboration and presentation. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex program-related issues.
- Program Strategy: Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to define program goals, objectives, and roadmaps. Develop and communicate the program vision to ensure alignment across teams.
