Job description
- Design, deploy, and maintain multi-cloud and bare-metal infrastructure.
- Build internal tools and platforms to streamline developer workflows.
- Ensure high service reliability, uptime, and seamless inter-service communication.
- Maintain strong infrastructure security practices, compliance, and observability.
- Guide architectural decisions and promote best practices across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and ensure robust delivery.
- Monitor performance, implement alerts, and optimize infrastructure for scalability and efficiency.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure/platform engineering in high-standard or FinTech environments.
- Strong expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Proficiency in Terraform/Terragrunt and Helm for infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus/PromQL, Grafana, and Thanos.
- Knowledge of secure infrastructure management (e.g., Vault, KMS).
- Solid understanding of multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, bare metal) and CI/CD pipelines (GitOps, GitHub Actions).
- Clear and confident technical decision-making, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, and staking protocols.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience building internal developer platforms and high-availability systems.
- Background in SOC2, ISO 27001, or other certified environments.
- Familiarity with data tooling such as BigQuery, Airbyte, or DBT.
- Hands-on experience with user-facing or API-based products.
