Job description
- Lead by example : design, build, and evolve in-house Software security tools that safeguard our global platforms.
- Mentor and inspire teammates: champion clean code, testing, and peer reviews, while instilling best practices across the stack.
- Be a security advisor : partner with product engineering teams to design and operate secure applications at scale.
- Automate everything : leverage IaC, pipelines, and modern frameworks to make security efficient, scalable, and developer-friendly.
- Respond and innovate : roll up your sleeves during incidents, but also proactively spot vulnerabilities and close gaps before they're a problem.

Requirements
This isn't a role for someone who just ticks boxes. They want a seasoned Engineering Lead who thrives on solving complex problems, writes elegant code , and has the maturity to guide others toward engineering excellence. You'll be the one who not only writes the code, but sets the standard for how it should be written., * 5+ years of full-stack development experience, Java mastery is key, but you're versatile across Python and JS.
- Experience with Kubernetes services and CI/CD pipelines.
- The ability to design, code, test, and deploy, and then maintain and improve what you build.
- A mature, thoughtful approach : you know when to move fast, and when to slow down for quality and security.
Nice-to-Haves (but exciting if you've got them)
- Cloud security chops and Kubernetes security know-how.
- Automation experience in patching, incident response, or compliance reporting.
- Threat modelling, vulnerability assessments, or hands-on security reviews.
