What are we looking for? * A Personnel Administrator with SAP, with at least 6years of experience. * Availability to join a stable project in Madrid. * Degree: Human Resources Degree * Work Model: hybrid * Work Schedule: Full time Requirements: * Human Resources Degree * Experience with SAP * At least 4 years performing similar functions What will your responsibilities be? * Administrative management of the complete employment cycle: hiring, termination, contract modifications, extensions, settlements, and certifications * Payroll processing: calculation, review, and monthly validation through SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors * Incident control and monitoring: absences, vacations, temporary leave, maternity/paternity leave, paid and unpaid leave * Document management
