Senior Lead Software Engineer &##Hybrid Working - 2 days onsite a week At the crossroads of software craftsmanship and security innovation, we're looking for a Senior Lead Engineer who's not just a builder, but a leader, mentor, and innovator. You'll be the one who not only writes the code, but sets the standard for how it should be written. As a core member of thei Software Engineering team , you'll: Lead by example : design, build, and evolve in-house software engineering security tools that safeguard our global platforms. Mentor and inspire teammates: champion clean code, testing, and peer reviews, while instilling best practices across the stack. Java (Spring Boot), Python, Node.js, React Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, Helm SAST, HashiCorp Vault, Keycloak, OPA Gatekeeper 5+ years of full-stack development experience, Java mastery is key, but you're versatile across Python and JS. ~ The ability to design, code, test, and deploy, and then maintain and improve what you build. ~
