If this sounds like you, here's what we're looking for: 5+ years of experience in UX design, particularly for enterprise tools, digital platforms, or multi-channel services, with a strong focus on user research, journey mapping, and concept development for both B2B and B2C products. Expertise in user research methodologies (e.g., usability testing, A/B testing, ethnographic research) and familiarity with research tools such as UserTesting, Lookback, and Qualtrics. Experience with market research platforms like Gartner and Forrester is a plus. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and collaboration platforms such as Miro and MURAL. Familiarity with Design Thinking, Design Sprints, and wireframing is essential. Strong communication skills in English ; additional language skills are a plus.
