Job description
- Develop a change management strategy for enterprise-wide Demand Management process.
- Identify key stakeholders, conduct impact analyses, and readiness evaluations across the functions.
- Design and deliver training, coaching, and support materials to facilitate adoption and minimise resistance.
- Set up monitoring and report on change adoption metrics, employee feedback, and business impact to continuously improve change efforts.
Internal Communication
- Create and implement communication plans that support the new Demand Management process in alignment with core communication channels.
- Develop engaging content for various channels including intranet, leadership forums, etc.
- Manage feedback loops and pulse surveys to assess communication effectiveness and employee sentiment.
- Ensure consistency with our branding standards for internal communications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in change management and internal communications, preferably in consumer goods or FMCG.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale transformation projects (digital transformation, organisational restructuring).
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies preferred (e.g., Prosci).
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organisation.
- Experience with digital tools such as SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, and eLearning platforms.
