Job description

  • Develop a change management strategy for enterprise-wide Demand Management process.
  • Identify key stakeholders, conduct impact analyses, and readiness evaluations across the functions.
  • Design and deliver training, coaching, and support materials to facilitate adoption and minimise resistance.
  • Set up monitoring and report on change adoption metrics, employee feedback, and business impact to continuously improve change efforts.

Internal Communication

  • Create and implement communication plans that support the new Demand Management process in alignment with core communication channels.
  • Develop engaging content for various channels including intranet, leadership forums, etc.
  • Manage feedback loops and pulse surveys to assess communication effectiveness and employee sentiment.
  • Ensure consistency with our branding standards for internal communications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in change management and internal communications, preferably in consumer goods or FMCG.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale transformation projects (digital transformation, organisational restructuring).
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies preferred (e.g., Prosci).
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global organisation.
  • Experience with digital tools such as SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, and eLearning platforms.
  • Soft Skills: Good communication skills, proactive, dynamic, flexible mindset
