The Junior SAP HCM Consultant will gain hands-on experience across SAP HCM modules and may work on the SAP EuHReka (NGA HR) platform. They will support project tasks throughout development phases, contributing to technical solutions and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
This role is ideal for candidates with a technical background who are eager to learn, develop their SAP expertise, and contribute to collaborative projects.
They are responsible to define the most suitable solution for the installation and providing the necessary support and assistance implementing the solution or solving the incidence. In this way they guarantee the correct functioning of the applications and a level of optimal performance.
Responsibilities
In addition to tasks common to all STRADA employees, this role's responsibilities include, * Support the resolution of technical issues within the SAP HCM environment, which may include standard SAP HCM or the SAP EuHReka platform - covering programming, portal workflows, payroll schema adjustments, time management, legal reporting, and form configuration (SmartForms, SAPscript, etc.).
- Assist in documenting technical designs, data structures, and application flows.
- Participate in integrated testing to ensure solutions meet customer and business requirements.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
- Apply structured problem-solving and project management approaches under guidance from senior team members.
- Stay up to date with SAP technologies and pursue relevant training or certifications.

- Technical curiosity and willingness to develop skills across multiple platforms.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Dutch language a plus
