IT SPECIALIST

We have also managed to establish ourselves in the drugstore segment with our line of bath cosmetics and become the market leader with many of our products., Reporting to the IT Senior advisor located in Germany, the mission of the position is to provide maintenance and support services for the company's information systems, with a volume of about 45-50 users in three locations (Sabadell, Germany, Switzerland), as well as to participate and/or lead new improvement projects in this management area.

• You will be the only internal responsible of the company in the area of information systems with external support, your main functions will be:

o Maintenance and support in microcomputer issues (PC's, Laptops, printers, 3D printers), as well as layout of new equipment.

o Maintenance and update software services, Microsoft environment and ERP Microsoft Dynamics.

o Responsible for Active Directory (users' registration and deregistration, permissions and privileges, users' identification and authentication, SharePoint, etc.)

o Control and management of backups.

o Maintenance and management of security systems (firewalls and antivirus).

o Control, administration and security protocols in the use of applications installed on the company's different computers.

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, 3 to 5 years' experience in information systems maintenance services.

• 3 years' experience in Microsoft environments is required.

• Experience in end-user or customer contact.

• Technical training in information systems.

• Experience in the preparation of requirements for the assessment, implementation and delivery of projects.

• Fluent spoken English
