IT Manager - UHNWI - Luxury Private Company

• Own and manage the entire technical infrastructure (Cloud, On-Prem, MarTech, Admin systems, Security, Comms) for two locations.
• Advance and maintain Microsoft 365, Office 365 and Microsoft Business Central.
• Manage Cloud and On-Prem environments, applying patches, updates, backups, and security controls.
• Lead all cybersecurity efforts across Switzerland and the international location.
• Maintain and evolve the MarTech stack, mobile app ecosystem, and integrations.
• Manage IT budgeting, procurement, and lifecycle of hardware and software assets.
• Collaborate closely with the Data Lead and Growth Manager on integrations, migrations, and performance optimisation.
• Coordinate workflows with an offshore team member and support cross-functional teams.
• Ensure best practice across operations, security, and user experience within a service-driven environment., * Microsoft 365 / Office 365

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * 5+ years of IT leadership/management experience across Cloud and On-Prem systems.

• Strong hands-on technical ability - someone who can build, optimise, automate, and troubleshoot.
• Experience in hospitality or service-based industries is highly desirable.
• Microsoft certifications preferred, with a strong background in Microsoft 365, Business Central, and security tools.
• Experienced with AWS, Azure, and modern identity stacks (e.g., Entra ID).
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and optimisation techniques.
• Excellent communicator with cross-cultural experience and a service-oriented mindset.
• Valid Swiss/EU citizenship or permanent Swiss residence permit required.

• Up to 80,000 CHF (DOE)
• Full-time, permanent contract
• Primarily office-based in Rotkreuz with occasional home working
