Job description
We're on the lookout for a Scrum Master to join our Agile, Tools & Process team within the newly established Marketing & Communications department. Your mission? Drive agile transformation, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and elevate the way squads collaborate and deliver.
You'll work at a cluster level, facilitating agile processes across up to four squads. Your impact will be felt in coaching teams, optimizing workflows, and embedding agile values into the core of the organization.
What You'll Do
Champion agility across your cluster and squads, driving meaningful transformation. Facilitate agile ceremonies at both squad and cluster levels. Steer continuous improvement by identifying and implementing high-impact changes with the Product Owner, squads, and stakeholders. Nurture an agile mindset, strengthening team collaboration and dynamics. Requirements

Master
Professionele bachelor, Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Scrum Master in a transformation context. Agile Mindset: Strong coaching skills & hands-on experience implementing agile values. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with complex banking environments and process improvements. Bonus Points: Experience in marketing & communications and IT projects. Tools: Adobe Campaign (preferred) Wrike or other agile backlog management tools (preferred)
