Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join a strategic data transformation initiative for one of our top clients. This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy and integrity during system migration activities.
Your Mission
You will support the Data Transformation team by performing data cleaning, mapping, and migration tasks to guarantee smooth transitions between platforms. You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data, and maintain documentation throughout the process.
Requirements
- 2-3 years as a Data Analyst.
- Strong skills in advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, conditional formatting).
- Proven experience in data cleaning and transformation (duplicates, missing values, formatting).
- Hands-on experience with data mapping and migration.
Business Engagement:
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in requirements gathering and UAT coordination.
Language:
- Fluent English (mandatory).
Preferred:
- Knowledge of HRIS domain (nice to have).
- Familiarity with Workday (plus).
