• Work with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to drive value and growth for both our customers and business
• Take ownership of initiatives and ensure successful delivery from initiation to final outcome
• Provide transparency on initiatives to the team and stakeholders
• Influence and advice stakeholders on the best course of action
• Keep uptodate on the advancements in the area of machine learning and AI
• Lead and mentor data scientists
• Act as an evangelist for machine learning and AI
• Adhere to company values create and maintain a friendly working environment
• What you need to succeed

Degree in a quantitative field Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Physics Engineering or other quantitative fields;5 years of related experience as a Data Scientist AI expert or Machine Learning engineer;A solid understanding of relevant statistical data processing and machine learning methods and their implementation usingstandard open source frameworks;Experienced with building production ready machine learning solutions and MLOps;Experienced Python developer Other programming languages are a plus;Experience with cloud platforms and scalable solutions;Experience creating solutions powered by Generative AI specially Large Language Models and LLM frameworks likeLangChain will be a plus;Written and oral communication skills in English, Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot ChatGPT or other AIpowered coding assistantsExperimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore experiment with and integrate emerging AIdriven solutions into software development workflowsAIEnhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code streamline development processes and enhance productivityAdaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilitiesCollaboration with AI: Experience or interest in collaborating closely with AI tools as pair programmers to complement traditional software development practices
