Job description
In our team, you will take part in service center operator activities. You will receive technical training so that you can handle Level 2 incident resolution. Availability to work in shifts is essential, mainly afternoons and nights, with some rotations to morning shifts.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Service Center phone support (Spanish and English)
- Receiving and assigning tickets in the ticketing tool
- Receiving and assigning alerts/tickets in the monitoring tool
- Level 1 and Level 2 incident resolution/management
- Communication with client companies
