Job description

In our team, you will take part in service center operator activities. You will receive technical training so that you can handle Level 2 incident resolution. Availability to work in shifts is essential, mainly afternoons and nights, with some rotations to morning shifts.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Service Center phone support (Spanish and English)
  • Receiving and assigning tickets in the ticketing tool
  • Receiving and assigning alerts/tickets in the monitoring tool
  • Level 1 and Level 2 incident resolution/management
  • Communication with client companies
