Data Analyst Engineer

We are seeking an exceptional Data Analyst who will play a critical role in solving complex problems and driving data-driven decisions that directly impact our product and services. As a Data Analyst your work will be front and center, collaborating closely with product teams to create innovative solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in exploring large datasets, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions through your coding skills. Your ability to learn continuously and deliver meaningful value will be essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze business processes through data and apply insights to support product and service teams
• Develop and maintain clear documentation and strong data governance practices
• Own and manage the entire ETL process, ensuring seamless data flow
• Design and implement key metrics to evaluate business performance
• Create and maintain aggregated data views and tables for simplified querying
• Provide clean, structured datasets that empower end users to independently answer their questions

• 5+ years of professional experience in an analytical role, creating impactful data-driven solutions

• Strong educational background in a quantitative discipline

• Expertise in Python, SQL, or other programming languages

• Demonstrated proficiency in mathematics and statistics Nice to Have

• Advanced degree in a core STEM field

• Experience with additional programming languages (Java, Scala, C++, etc.)
