Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and naturally curious profiles who want to learn and improve Veepee's Help desk level. Your main mission will be to answer user requests and ensure the follow-up until it's solved. This position will be based in our office in LHospitalet with regular travels to our warehouse in Santa Oliva.
TASKS
- Being the key point of contact for the local users in the offices and warehouses
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, applications, phone and video conferences
- Address issues both face-to-face and remotely
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose and solve hardware issues (Windows and Mac)
- Resolve and/or replace faulty hardware
- Process warranty replacement of hardware
- Support the deployment of new applications
- Respond and close tickets within approved SLA
- Work continuously on tasks until completion
- Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and rollouts as required
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, incidents, and solutions
- Ensure compliance with company IT security policies and data protection standards.
Requirements

Superior Graduation in an IT field

2 years experience on a similar production, operation and support environment

Windows / MacOS

Google Workspace Active directory basic skills

Office (all versions) / Gsuite

Android/iPhone

Excellent communication and customer service skills NICE TO HAVE skills

Hardware devices such as Zebra Android in warehouse environment
