the evolution of our event-driven architecture, helping scale systems for future growth - Tackle complex, cross-domain challenges in pricing, hedging, and asset management across crypto, stocks, metals, and more - Work in a high-impact environment where your code directly supports critical business functions across the company Who you are - 6+ years of hands on Python development in product-driven environments, building real-world, scalable systems that solve big problems - A deep understanding of RESTful APIs, websockets, and network communication, with the ability to design fast, reliable, and clean APIs - Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases, always keeping performance and scalability top of mind - Strong leadership skills to drive technical initiatives, influence the teams direction, and guide key architectural decisions - Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures, and message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS - you know how to keep data
