• 15+ years of experience leading Network Design and Architecture teams, with a high focus on customer experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or related discipline, plus industry accreditation or equivalent work experience. Master's degree preferred (MS/MBA)
• Advanced skills in planning, designing and troubleshooting complex network environments.
• Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises.
• Time management skills to manage multiple large, complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and team working skills across matrixed client, supplier, and geographically dispersed virtual teams

The AD will be accountable for delivery excellence, ensuring that projects are delivered by leveraging Project Management best practices (SPI/CPI), meeting the business requirements providing industry-leading technical solutions aligned to allocated budgets. Additionally, the AD responsible for collaborating and developing a cross-function strategy within the network organization, Information Security (Infosec), Supply Chain Services, Legal, and approved vendors to deliver Wi-Fi technology solutions aligned to technical standards that ensures all EY end-users receive services that meet and exceed the business requirements. Solutions will be supported by various organizations including and are not limited to: WAN, Telephony, LAN, WLAN, Data Centers (DC) and Office Solutions.
