Technology Transformation Manager

Our Technology team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving. From the infrastructure behind our innovative app to the features used by millions of people around the world, they bring sharp thinking, speed, and a focus on meaningful impact to everything they do.

We're looking for a Technology Transformation Manager to support and optimise how we manage our tech. You'll apply your analytical skills to improve our tech capabilities while managing compliance and risk.

What you'll be doing

• Aligning technology operations to regulatory frameworks
• Implementing required change management across the business
• Building and maintaining the pilotage of technology functions
• Overseeing project management processes
• Managing customer migrations

Do you have experience in SQL?, * 5+ years of experience in project management within financial or IT services, or a consultancy serving those industries

• Expertise in project management and pilotage
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge of building SQL queries for business intelligence/management information
• Experience using Google Looker
