Job description
The Data Analyst, Audience Analytics, will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer data of a game portfolio, working closely with business stakeholders, to provide clear insights about consumer behaviors and deliver strategic recommendations. You will be the main point of contact of marketing teams, translating their need into analytical projects, and using machine learning methods to provide them insights and support them all along the life of the game, on different business needs (acquisition, retention, …)., Analytics
- Create, manage and distribute data and insights utilizing analytics tools (SQL, Python)
- Analyze customer data to gather knowledge, generate insights, create value and support decision-making.
- Create and maintain of standard Ubisoft/brand/game audiences
o Identify levers of audience, monitor their evolutions and their impacts on business KPIs
o Build user segments and analyze their behavior
- Apply a variety of visualization techniques and design the content and appearance of data visuals.
Collaboration
- Translate the business questions and challenges from the stakeholders into Audience Analytics projects.
- Be the main point of contact of the stakeholder teams ; Understand the brand and marketing objectives and the major initiatives; Identify the most relevant methodology to answer the need; Deliver insight; Conduct meetings and coordinate different interlocutors (finance, research, marketing, …)
- Work closely with CRM and media teams, understand their technical environment and constraints, propose an adapted approach to their operational needs
- Provide strategic audience recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, * A degreein Marketing, Marketing Research, Statistics, or Econometrics.
- A first experience as data analyst
- Experience with SQL and Python for data analysis strongly appreciated
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable and strategic recommendations
- Strong quantitative skills, and experience utilizing scientific analytic methods, qualitative methods, and quantitative analysis techniques
- Proactivity and creativity with data
- Demonstrated success presenting complex qualitative and quantitative research data in a clear and compelling manner
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Recruitment process
[30 minutes] : phone call with a Recruiter, [60 minutes] : interview with the manager of the role and a Recruiter, [60 minutes] : interview with a manager of a transversal team you will collaborate with, [60 minutes] : you will be presenting a use case during a final one-hour visio interview
