Job description

Within the COO CIB, the Trade Finance teams ensure the processing of transactions on behalf of clients from the Global Trade business line. Global Trade secures and finances the international operations of its clients.

You are joining the CRM & Digital Solutions Trade Finance team as a Product Owner. Joining the team means actively participating in the development of the vision and strategy for a range of digital products and paths, and leading their implementation.

The Product Owner develops the vision and leads the realization of a product or a digital journey, meeting the expectations of the business and users in an iterative (agile) approach. It ensures the interface between the business teams and the IT teams. He ensures, at each iteration (sprint), that the direction taken is the right one, that priorities are respected according to the business value, and that the quality of the deliverables is adequate.

On a daily basis, you have the mission of :

  • Develop and communicate the product vision by identifying user expectations, key features, and added value, while highlighting the advantages over the competition;

  • Define the user journey by collaborating with stakeholders (Business, IT, FO) to establish the ideal target vision of the product and its variations into concrete trajectories;

  • Manage user tests by piloting the User Test Phase (UAT), drafting test workbooks, evaluating results and developing associated user guides;

  • Describe the features and needs in the backlog as JIRA tickets, while prioritizing and updating this backlog at each iteration (sprint) based on business value, efforts, and risks;

  • Accept or reject deliveries from IT teams, accompany the production implementation, measure performance (KPI) and identify the necessary optimizations for continuous product improvement.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, Do you have a Master's degree?, About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us!

With a higher education, you have at least 10 years of experience in middle office, IT or digital projects.

You master:

  • The key stages of a project and you know how to work in agile/Scrum mode;
  • The banking environment, particularly in back and/or middle office;
  • Compliance with deadlines and set objectives;
  • The MS Office tools.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:

  • Curious and pragmatic;
  • Recognized for your communication with impact;
  • Appreciated for your sense of result.

You master English with a C1 level.
