In this role you are collaborating with the BI manager both on strategic and operational level and considered a specialist when it comes to domains like, automating processes and dahboards, forecasting, analytics, marketing research, customer insights and competitive intelligence.
In this exciting role as Business Intelligence Analyst within our JNJ IM Benelux BI/Customer Excellence team you are the dedicated business partner for one or more business units where it is key to develop an understanding of the market, to communicate deep customer insights and to deliver a clear overview of market dynamics and future trends that can influence the strategy. You are, together with the BI manager the "right-hand" of the business unit manager in building the strategic direction of the TA., * collection of competitive intelligence and deriving insights to position our brands in relation to the competitor
- Analysis of the market and discovering hurdles and opportunities
- Proposing innovative tactics to reach business targets

Requirements
Do you have experience in Presentation skills?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor or Master degree in mathematics, economics or finance
- Min. 4 years of business experience
- Proficient in Dutch or French and English
- You analyze data pro-actively to come up with strategic views and operational insights that guide your CVT.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and loving to work in team.
- A high level of digital literacy and good presentation skills.
Together with your EMEA counterparts you co-develop patient models during the planning cycles. You take the lead during this process and sets realistic and ambitious objectives.
Together with your colleagues from your business unit, you build a monthly brand story giving a clear view on the current performance and the most recommended actions to be more successful and competitive.
