Job description
As a Warehouse Analyst, you will work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. You will play an important role in supporting administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and helping the team deliver excellent customer service and reliable shipments.
This is a hands-on position where you will mentor colleagues, enhance processes, and ensure compliance with investigations, CAPAs, and audits. Your contribution will help secure consistent and high-quality warehouse performance every day.
As a Warehouse Analyst, you will:
- Support the supervisor in daily operational decision-making and ensure clear communication and follow-through within the team.
- Handle administrative, interpersonal, and project-related tasks to keep warehouse operations efficient and dependable.
- Coach, guide, and empower team members to improve performance, engagement, and service levels.
- Plan and optimize workforce and resource allocation to meet customer expectations and operational targets.
- Analyze warehouse processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose practical, data-driven improvements.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Supply chain?, * HBO-level work and thinking, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in warehouse operations, shipments, and quality-related activities (e.g., investigations, CAPAs, audits).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate others.
- Proactive, decisive, flexible mindset with strong administrative skills.
- Analytical approach with the ability to evaluate workflows and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work 32-40 hours per week.
Benefits & conditions
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 44.700 to 70.840 on an annual basis and includes 8% holiday allowance.
