Job description
We are looking for qualified, talented individuals to join our Supercharger Tier 2 Team that ensures the highest availability for the global Supercharger fleet and contributes to the best customer experience. The ideal candidates will have both technical acumen and a proven track record of excellent customer service. - Monitor the Tesla Supercharger Global Fleet
- Provide support to field technicians with real-time troubleshooting and any necessary follow-up
- Evaluate technical issues with the Superchargers and work in a creative, pro-active manner to resolve
- Determine if technical issues can be resolved remotely, or if field service intervention is needed
- Educate our field technicians so they can self-diagnose and fix issues on their own
- Escalate critical issues when needed
- Communicate technical concerns with NOC Manager, Service Engineering, or Field Service as necessary
- Accurately record issues and data into CRM database
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technical support?, * 1-5 years of electrical, energy or electronics related technical experience
- Background in technical support is preferred
- Understanding of distributed generation and/or energy storage systems preferred
- Ability to thrive in both independent and team environments
- Coding skills in languages like Python and ability to run SQL is a plus
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in English, any additional European language skills are a plus
- Ability to prioritize effectively, handle shifting priorities and troubleshoot
- Available to work 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to learn about new and innovative technologies
