System Support Specialist - Engineering - North Holland - Permanent - 2018 The organisation Our client is a rapidly expanding international company in the energy and offshore sector, and they are seeking a Systems Support Specialist to help shape this journey, someone eager to combine technical problem-solving, user support, and system optimization in a hands-on role. Your Responsibilities: - Provide day-to-day support to end users of the company's ERP/EAM systems - Monitor and improve system performance, ensuring smooth business operations - Troubleshoot incidents, perform configuration and customization tasks - Communicate with software vendors to resolve complex issues - Translate business needs into system improvements and new functionalities - Manage system access rights, licenses, and documentation - Prepare training materials and guide users to become more confident with the system Your Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in ERP/EAM support, configuration, or administration - Solid understanding of ERP modules (SCM experience is a plus) - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills - Experience with Jira or similar ticketing tools - Scripting or automation knowledge (bonus points!)) - Clear communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field Interested?
