Are you experienced with eLIMS and passionate about setting up new data systems in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented specialist to join the Data Systems team of an international organisation focused on developing cutting-edge vaccines. You will be involved in the implementation of two key systems: Smart QC (lab resource planning) and BSI (GMP inventory management). You'll be responsible for system set-up, testing, training, and ongoing maintenance.
Your responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Smart QC and BSI systems;
- Configure master data, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and write procedures;
- Train users and act as system SME/SKU;
- Support eLIMS configuration and audits;
- Communicate with software vendors and IT teams to drive improvements.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences or a related field. Please note that applicants with a PhD will not be considered for this position. The ideal candidate brings experience from the pharmaceutical industry and is familiar with working with laboratory data. A strong affinity for digital systems such as eLIMS, SAP, and GMP is essential. We value excellent communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to work. While fluency in English is required, proficiency in Dutch is considered an advantage.
