Job description

A global leader in sustainable solutions for energy and maritime transport is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support its agile transformation across multiple development teams. Operating within a LeSS-inspired framework, you'll coach teams, facilitate collaboration, and help drive continuous improvement in a technically complex environment.

Requirements

Solid experience in multi-team Scrum environments
Strong coaching, facilitation, and communication skills
Familiarity with LeSS principles and agile development practices is nice to have
Availability to work on-site 2-3 days per week in the South Netherlands region
