Job description
The PO will join the Onboarding Tribe, which manages B2B partner onboarding and aftersales transactions. The squad is responsible for a major IT tool replacement project (currently used by brokers and automotive garages), moving from an outdated system to a modern solution with enhanced functionalities.
The PO will work closely with a Delivery Manager, supporting planning and solution design, and will lead a squad of 6-7 people (BA, FA, developers, testers). There is also a Scrum Master shared across two squads., * Act as the business representative within the squad, ensuring alignment with stakeholders (Sales, Key Account Managers, Operations, and IT).
- Define and prioritize the product backlog for a complex IT-for-business project.
- Collaborate with the Delivery Manager on solution details and deployment planning.
- Support service delivery and ensure smooth implementation (not just sprint delivery).
- Motivate and guide the team throughout the transformation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Product Owner in complex IT/business projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including business and operational teams.
- Familiarity with insurance processes; knowledge of automotive sector (garages, consumer credit) is a plus.
- Languages: English + French or Dutch (understanding of all three is ideal).
- Ability to work on-site 2 days/week (Monday & Tuesday); 50% remote.
- Minimum contract duration: 1 year.
This is a strategic role in a large-scale transformation program, requiring someone dynamic, structured, and comfortable with delivery in an Agile environment.
