Job description
As an SAP PP/PEO Consultant, you will be part of the PEO Implementation Portfolio, responsible for delivering production execution solutions within the SAP environment. You will work within an Agile Release Train (ART), collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent implementation of business processes while adhering to change management protocols. Your main focus will be translating business requirements into high-quality, state-of-the-art IT solutions, primarily using SAP S/4HANA., * Translate business requirements into IT solutions aligned with SAP's latest technologies in Production Order Execution.
- Document, validate, and challenge business requirements, creating detailed functional specifications (Functional Design, RICEF, Customization Requests, test scenarios).
- Map and document current ("As-Is") and future ("To-Be") processes; assist in developing detailed business scenarios (up to Level 5).
- Configure and manage SAP PP/PEO in S/4HANA environments following the "Keep the Core Clean" principle.
- Conduct system demos and fit-gap assessments.
- Create and test custom operator dashboards for order execution.
- Build interfaces between systems to manage master data (materials, BOMs, routings, production orders).
- Support integration with Quality, Warehouse, and Costing modules.
- Handle production order changes, variant configuration, and parameter effectivity.
- Utilize and manage shop floor tools such as labor tracking, data collection, document uploads, and barcode printing.
- Manage ABAP enhancements, Smart Forms, and reports.
- Collaborate under SAFe methodology and Agile principles.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, * 10-12 years of SAP PP/PEO functional experience in high-tech or complex assembly manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of production processes such as scheduling, rework, disassembly, and in-kit management.
- Expertise in production master data (Material, BOM, Routing, Production Version).
- Experience in SAP configuration, order execution, and integration across modules.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with SAFe Agile delivery frameworks.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with SAP ME/MII (Manufacturing Execution / Integration & Intelligence).
- Prior experience in variant configuration and parameter effectivity.
- Basic knowledge of SAP MEMII.
Residency & Citizenship:
- At least 10 consecutive years of residency in the Netherlands.
- Must hold a valid Dutch passport.
- Language: Excellent Dutch (C1 or higher) and good English.
- Security Clearance: Must hold or be eligible and willing to obtain a valid VGB (Dutch government clearance).
