Job description

As an IT Support Analyst / Specialist a.i., you will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to ensure smooth operations. This interim role focuses on resolving IT issues efficiently and maintaining system functionality.

  • Opslaan, As the IT Support Analyst/Specialist a.i. you will support and maintain the organization's IT systems and end-user technology while ensuring smooth daily operations. This role combines deskside technical support with system administration tasks.
  • Serve as the primary IT contact at the Amsterdam, providing onsite and remote support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, applications, and IT assets while ensuring security and compliance.
  • Manage user onboarding/offboarding and coordinate with vendors or third parties for technical services.
  • Support IT initiatives, process improvements, and the introduction of new technologies.
  • Deliver high-quality, white-glove support to executive and C-level staff.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of IT support or help desk experience, ideally in a global organization.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure, Intune, Windows, Mac, and AV systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical skills across hardware, software, and networking.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
