In this role as Junior Support Engineer, you will be essential to keeping our technology running smoothly. You will support colleagues across the company, maintaining a secure and reliable IT environment.
Here's how you'll make a difference:
- When a colleague runs into an IT issue, you'll be the first to jump in-logging the problem, figuring out what's wrong, and either solving it yourself or making sure the right team picks it up fast.
- You'll help new and existing employees get the access they need by setting up accounts, adjusting permissions, and making sure everything's done safely and correctly.
- You'll keep an eye on our systems using monitoring tools, spotting small issues before they turn into big problems, and making sure everything's working as it should.
- Over time, you'll start to notice patterns-like a tool that always causes trouble-and you'll help the team find smarter, more permanent fixes.
- And finally, you won't be working alone. You'll work with different teams across the business and external partners, helping translate their needs into IT solutions and making sure they always feel supported.
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Support Engineer to join our growing IT Operations Team. This is an ideal first role for a motivated starter who enjoys solving problems, supporting colleagues, and learning in a fast-paced, digital-first environment., * You've recently graduated or are looking for your first or second role in IT.
- Strong interest in technology and digital tools, especially in an e-commerce context.
- Structured thinker with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Comfortable communicating clearly and kindly with users, both in Dutch and English.
- Experience with ticketing systems, monitoring tools, or IT basics is a plus-but curiosity and willingness to learn matter more.
- You have an affinity for a healthy lifestyle and interest in topics such as sports, health, and wellness.
