Job description
We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our newly formed upsell team, where you'll work alongside sales and marketing colleagues and directly support our growth engineer. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of product and customer insights, helping us understand customer behaviour to optimize the sales and adoption of our advanced and our plus features. You'll work autonomously in a dynamic environment where your analytical skills and business acumen will directly impact our growth strategy., * Monitor and analyze Product-Qualified Lead triggers to identify high-value user behaviors and conversion opportunities. Track PQL performance metrics, evaluate trigger effectiveness, and optimize scoring models to improve lead quality
- Analyze user adoption patterns and feature usage across the product lifecycle
- Measure and report on marketing campaign effectiveness across multiple channels
- Take ownership and create PowerBI reports and perform methodical analysis on product, financial, and performance data from discovery to delivery
- Collaborate with the team members to define priorities, discuss data strategy, and communicate complex insights clearly

Requirements

Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO or WO level); Computer Science is a strong plus

Have at least 3+ years of work experience as Data Analyst/Data Engineer in a Saas environment (mandatory) preferably within commercial teams

Have understanding of APIs (experience with HubSpot is a plus)

Are knowledgeable in Power BI and Azure (or similar platforms)

Have excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into valuable business insights and present to stakeholders

Are able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Have a proactive mindset and a self-starter mentality (essential in our no-management environment)

Track record in analytics strategy, analysis, and data visualization

Speak English fluently (fluency in Dutch is a plus)

We offer a gross annual salary of 50k to 60k including holiday allowance, depending on experience
