Job description
As a manager, you will participate in IT carveout or Integration programs. The role requires the ability to adapt to different responsibilities depending on the size and scope of an engagement within an international work environment. You will have an opportunity to demonstrate your technological expertise to shape and drive technological strategies across the deal cycle. As an IT Manager, you will work closely with our clients to translate business strategy into technology solutions.
As a Transactional Technology Manager, you will be part of multi-disciplinary project teams and take ownership of the successful delivery of complex engagements by creating a strong vision about the impact of technologies on our clients' businesses and communicate it vividly and effectively to advise and influence key decision makers in developing and executing technology strategies for transactions. You will also:
- Leading the development of technology strategy, direction, roadmaps, architectures, solution design, demonstrations and enablement alignment with the clients' overall IT architecture, and provide functional and technical guidance to ensure that implementation projects are in line with best practices and policies to meet business goals
- Supervising and reviewing team members' work, including research, analysis, interviews, and data synthesis, including structuring and managing day-to-day delivery, resolving issues, and ensuring milestones are met
- Co-leading client proposals, RFP responses, and go-to-market initiatives
- Overseeing pre-deal and post-deal IT workstreams while managing relationships with client stakeholders

Requirements

You have a relevant Masters degree and 5 to 7 years of applicable industry and/or consulting work experience, ideally in ERP, IT systems, IT Architecture and business processes

Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, drive solution architecture, and define technology strategies aligned with business goals

Knowledge of and experience with operational aspects of M&A including ERP, IT architecture, Tech landscape evaluation, operating model design, application, rationalization, structured and unstructured data approach, separation blueprint design, Day 1/Day 2 readiness, transitional service agreement (TSA), Stranded cost etc.

Experience working in or with top-tier consulting firms or large corporates on technology transformation or M&A programs

Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and remain adaptable under pressure
