Head of Technology (Remote within EU) Job description Our client is a profitable and long established digital company now scaling its proprietary tech platform. The team includes a small group of skilled developers across Europe, and we are looking for a strong technical leader to guide the next phase of growth. You will: - Keep structure, focus, and clear direction across multiple development projects. - Build, optimise, and find smarter technical solutions, not just add more people. - Bridge business goals and backend delivery. - Take full ownership and drive our technology roadmap forward. You do not need to code full-time, but you must understand what the team builds and lead it effectively. In short, you are the captain of the tech ship. Requirements - Proven experience leading tech teams in performance marketing. - Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, APIs, and integrations between marketing and data systems. - Strategic mindset with hands-on technical understanding (backend, architecture, optimisation). - Demonstrated ability to build scalable tools, dashboards, or platforms that drive measurable results. - Strong communication skills, able to translate business goals into technical execution. - Track record of delivering growth and efficiency through smart tech solutions.
