Job description
As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and design teams to analyze user behavior, assess product performance, and optimize product features. Your insights will shape product strategy, improve user experiences, and drive business success.
Your responsibilities will include analyzing product data to understand trends, defining and monitoring KPIs to measure product impact, and running A/B tests to validate hypotheses. Additionally, you will present key findings on user behavior and implement behavioral analytics to track and enhance the customer journey. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be instrumental in shaping product roadmaps and optimizing the digital experience.
Requirements

You should have a strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive meaningful change.

You are eager to explore new analytical methods, improve existing processes, and experiment with creative solutions to enhance product performance., * The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Behavioral Psychology or Computer Science.
- You have 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analysis, or Business Intelligence, preferably within a technology-driven environment.
- A strong understanding of behavioral analytics, customer journey mapping, and data visualization is essential. The candidate should be proficient in product analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Matomo or Amplitude, and have experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely or AB Tasty.
- Skilled in statistical analysis and predictive modelling and able to interpret large datasets to deliver actionable recommendations.
