Job description

What will this role have ownership of?

  • Lead technical implementation of Howspace Hub (SSO, integrations, data migration)
  • Support Sales and Customer Success in technical feasibility assessments, demos and proposals
  • Help and support more technical Howspace implementations (SSO, LTI, Integrations, SCORM/xAPI)
  • Support Hub admin enablement and onboarding training
  • Act as second-line technical contact for Hub usage and configuration questions
  • Partner with CSMs to drive adoption and advanced usage
  • Document reusable best practices and technical guides
  • Produce and update Hub related Help Center articles

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical support?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Hands-on experience in technical project onboarding (SSO, APIs, LTI, integrations)

  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Solid project management skills with process discipline, documentation, and risk management
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial mindset, to run pre-sales demos and technical storytelling
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills across Sales, Customer Success, and Product
  • Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in Implementation Specialist, Technical Support Specialist or Project Management roles in a scale-up organization within the software, preferably SaaS industry
  • Fluent skills in English are required, and skills in Finnish are seen as a great advantage. Other languages, such as Swedish and German, are seen as a benefit
