Job description

As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will lead the delivery and configuration of our clients NetSuite platform.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, IT and external partners to ensure that their ERP system is optimised, scalable and tailored to their needs.

As a Technical Implementation Specialist you will:

  • Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects including configuration, customisation, data migration, testing and deployment
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Develop custom workflows, dashboards, scripts (SuiteScript) and integrations to enhance platform capabilities
  • Train end users and provide ongoing support to ensure system adoption
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for NetSuite functionality, best practices and enhancements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve system efficiency and business processes.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Process improvement?, * NetSuite experience is essential. (Minimum 2-4 years hands-on configuration/implementation)

  • Solid understanding of ERP/CRM systems with emphasis on accounting, operations and workflow optimisation
  • Proficiency with NetSuite tools such as SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder and SuiteAnalytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
