The focus of this role lies in onboarding applications to their Identity & Access Management (IAM) ecosystem, specifically for Authorization and Authentication purposes. This includes working with SailPoint (IGA) and Okta (Authentication) platforms. This team operates in a DevOps environment, meaning the engineer will also handle incidents and standard requests related to onboarding. The work includes both technical configuration and stakeholder interaction to support application owners in connecting their solutions to standardized IAM services. Key Responsibilities - Validate and implement functional and non-functional requirements for application onboarding within IAM frameworks and enterprise standards. - Conduct intakes with application owners to assess onboarding requirements and align with standardized patterns; if not standard, determine necessary steps or propose repeatable patterns. - Configure technical onboarding in SailPoint, adhering to IAM architecture and strategic direction. - Manage end-to-end onboarding, from intake to delivery and acceptance. - Contribute to standardization and automation efforts. - Actively participate in Scrum and SAFe Agile ceremonies. - Coordinate and validate implementations to ensure alignment with specifications.
