AI Engineer - Netherlands (Fluent Dutch, C2 or Native-Level)

As an AI Engineer (Backend), you'll be part of the implementation team responsible for building production-grade AI agents for enterprise clients in the Netherlands. Your work will focus on backend architecture, integrations, and real-time conversational systems enabling high-quality AI voice and chat experiences., * Build and maintain backend logic for AI agents.

• Develop integrations with CRMs, ticketing, and telephony systems.
• Deploy and monitor production environments.
• Collaborate with AI and infrastructure teams to optimize performance.
• Support enterprise clients during rollout and customization phases.

Do you have experience in SaaS?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 2-6 years of backend / software engineering experience.

• Strong skills in API integrations, microservices, and SaaS.
• Hands-on with Python, Go, Node.js, or Java.
• Understanding of AI / LLM conversational systems (nice to have).
• Familiarity with ASR, TTS, Twilio, Genesys, NICE is a plus.
• Experience working with enterprise or B2B SaaS clients.
• Fluent Dutch (C2-level or equivalent) and English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, office-first environment.
