Job description
- Adapt and optimize data models in ServiceNow.
- Implement domain separation and enable cross-domain reuse.
- Enhance service automation and instantiation on the platform.
- Integrate external automation frameworks and data stores.
- Generate portals based on business service portfolios and incorporate external UX designs.
- Develop and manage reporting and service dashboards for billing and monitoring.
- Apply object-oriented design methods effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience with data model adaptations in ServiceNow.
- Expertise in domain separation and cross-domain reuse.
- Proficiency in service automation alongside instantiation.
- Experience with integrating external automation frameworks and data stores.
- Skilled in portal generation based on business service portfolios and external UX design.
- Competence in reporting and service dashboards, especially for billing and monitoring.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design methods.
- Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Ideally you will have some experience with microservice architectures, Python programming, SQL, and graph databases
Languages:
- Fluent English
