Management System Compliance Specialist at DOW - EH&S at DOW

At DOW, Terneuzen we are seeking a management system compliance specialist to take ownership of our Management System. You will play a key role in maintaining needed certifications and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. What's your job about? Maintain and develop the (quality) management system of Arbodienst Dow. Continually improve and implement updates to the management system in response to changes in the Working Conditions Act, related legislation, Dow standards and client requirements. Develop and coordinate the annual planning of QMS (quality management system) and ISMS (information security management system) tasks. Coordinate and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and follow-up on management system activities. Plan, prepare, conduct and follow up on all internal and external audits. Coordinate client and customer satisfaction surveys and ensure follow-up actions. Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) for Arbodienst Dow. Ensure risk analysis information security for Arbodienst Dow are completed and actioned. Draft and present (management) reports as needed. Provide training, guidance and advice on compliance and quality best practices. This role is essential for ensuring compliance with Dutch 'Arbodienst' certification regulations and maintaining the continuity of our certified internal Arbodienst in Terneuzen.
