Join our team as a Technical Application Manager and play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical business applications and infrastructure.
This full-time position, based in Leusden , requires three days per week on-site. You will provide enterprise-level technical support, manage application environments, and collaborate closely with development teams to deliver exceptional service. Acting as a trusted operational contact for clients, you will support incident and change management processes while adhering to industry best practices.

- Investigate and resolve incidents, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs
- Identify, record, and classify high-impact problems; perform root cause analysis and implement action plans
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to deploy fixes and minor changes
- Provide on-site technical support when required
- Maintain accurate documentation for installations, configurations, and maintenance activities
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes
- Ensure timely patch management and installation of updates
Requirements
Do you have experience in VMware?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Technical Skills
- Infrastructure maintenance (network, servers, VMware; storage preferred)
- VMware/ESX installation and configuration
- Windows Server 2016+ (installation, configuration)
- IIS Web Portal / FTP
- MS SQL databases (installation, backup/restore)
- Technical application management (monitoring, analysis, resolution, configuration)
- 2nd line support and testing updates/changes
- Identity and Access Management (preferred)
- IT security (preferred)
Soft Skills
- Must be proficient in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in both languages
- Ability to work independently with precision and accountability
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Service-oriented with excellent client communication
- Team player with organizational awareness
- Continuous improvement mindset, * Bachelor degree in IT or related field and solid and relevant experience (or equivalent combination)
- Experience in Agile environments and ITIL-based processes
