IT Lead / Integration Manager HR Time project

End-to-End Integration Management:

Lead and coordinate all integrations within the project scope, including:

Bi-directional Time Terminals: Interflex and MPDV Hydra

Bi-directional integration with CollApp

Integration with Workday (HiNext)

To be determined - Potential new integration for Mannheim Time Terminals

Technical embedding of ADP MyView

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with external vendors (Interflex, MPDV, CollApp, etc.), ADP, and Hitachi Energy (HE) application managers.

Maintain strong communication and alignment across all parties to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.

Process Coordination:

Navigate and coordinate through Hitachi Energys IT processes, including:

Architecture reviews

Security and compliance assessments

Change management and release planning (Cutover)

Project Lifecycle Oversight:

Oversee integration activities from specification and design through development, testing, and final sign-off.

Ensure documentation and traceability of all integration components.

Project Collaboration:

Partner closely with the HE Project Manager to align integration milestones with overall project timelines and deliverables.

Transition to Operations:

Ensure smooth handover and embedding of integrations into BAU operations post go-live.

Support operational readiness and training as needed.

Drive the set up new Support Model

Proven experience in managing complex IT integrations, preferably in time management or HR systems.

Strong understanding of bi-directional data flows and middleware technologies, in particular SAP HCM.

Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams in a global environment.

Familiarity with ADP systems and time terminal technologies is a plus.

Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage.

Experience from working in an IT project within Hitachi Energy is a plus.

Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies
