Job description
We're looking for a full stack developer who wants to build products that truly matter, not just another app, but tools that power the shift to zero-emission construction. You'll collaborate directly with our engineers, designers, and energy experts to turn prototypes into production systems. You'll have space to take ownership, make architectural choices, and see your code working on real machines out in the field., * Translate complex energy and construction data into intuitive interfaces and APIs
- Work in short iterations, test in real-world pilot projects
- Collaborate with our small, highly technical team on system architecture and product direction
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or related field.
- Experience in building robust backend systems in Django.
- Comfort working with data, APIs, and integration challenges.
- Curiosity and initiative: you like to understand how things work, not just code them.
- A builder's mindset: hands-on, pragmatic, and quality focused.
- We might ask for a reference from a previous employer.
- (Bonus) Affinity with sustainability, IoT, or energy systems.
- (Bonus) Experience with React.
Benefits & conditions
- Impact: Your code will directly contribute to reducing emissions on real construction sites.
- Ownership: You'll shape the core platform and see your work deployed in the field.
- Learning: Work alongside experienced engineers in software, hardware, and energy systems.
- Flexibility: Hybrid work, trust, and autonomy.
- Location: High Tech Campus Eindhoven: inspiring environment and community.
- Benefits: 30 days of paid leave, competitive salary, and a growing company with real upside.
