We are seeking Workday Integration and Automation Consultant to join our growing Workday practice. This is a great entry point for tech-savvy candidates interested in enterprise systems. You will assist in building, testing, and maintaining Workday Finance integrations, supporting data accuracy and system connectivity while learning from experienced consultants. What will you be doing?
As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will support the design and delivery of integrations that connect Workday Financials / HCM to external systems. You will be building workday integrations between systems and assisting in testing and the maintenance of these integration systems in various (global) projects., * Assist in developing and maintaining Workday Finance / HCM integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST, RaaS).
- Support data mapping, transformation, and validation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness across systems.
- Execute and document unit tests; support SIT and UAT, issue triage, and defect resolution under guidance from senior team members.
- Monitor integration runs, analyze errors, and perform first-level troubleshooting; escalate when needed.
- Help create technical and functional documentation, including design notes, data-flow diagrams, and run books.
- Participate in knowledge sharing, demos, and practice assets; proactively build Workday and integration skills.
- Help growing our AI capability
Requirements
Familiarity with integration concepts and APIs. Knowledge of Workday Studio is a definite advantage. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into clear technical tasks and test cases., * 0-3 years of experience in integrations or software development, or relevant internships/academic projects.
