Job description

We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot & AI Solutions Specialist to accelerate how Stokke leverages AI across our global organization. As the in-house expert for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, you will design, build, and implement practical AI solutions that simplify workflows, enhance productivity, and empower teams to work smarter.

This role acts as the bridge between people and technology-translating real business challenges into intuitive AI tools while guiding colleagues to confidently adopt and integrate AI into their daily work. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, external agencies, IT, Legal, and Data Protection to ensure responsible and secure use of AI across the company.

This position is based in Amsterdam and reports to the Head of Data, Insights & AI., * Lead the company-wide adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI solutions, embedding AI into everyday workflows.

  • Communicate use cases, success stories, and best practices to build confidence and engagement across all teams.
  • Act as the primary internal advisor for practical, role-based AI opportunities., * Collaborate with departments to assess needs and co-create AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Translate business challenges into structured, user-friendly AI workflows.
  • Support ongoing optimization, iteration, and scaling of AI solutions.

Agency & Vendor Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage external partners who can accelerate AI adoption.
  • Ensure alignment between internal needs, vendor capabilities, and Stokke's technical and compliance requirements.

Scaling, Governance & Compliance

  • Establish and nurture a network of internal champions and external experts to rapidly scale high-impact solutions.
  • Work closely with IT, Legal, and Data teams to uphold governance, security, and privacy standards.
  • Ensure all solutions meet regulatory and compliance requirements, including responsible AI use principles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (preferred)., * 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and ideally Copilot Studio.
  • Demonstrated ability to build AI workflows, automations, or copilots that solve business challenges.
  • Experience delivering training, facilitating workshops, and supporting teams with varying digital skill levels.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Data, Legal, and business teams.
  • Strong skills in translating business needs into structured technical requirements.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or AI adoption initiatives., * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to make AI accessible and engaging for all audiences.
  • Positive, collaborative mindset that inspires trust and support.
  • Resilient and adaptable, thriving in environments with ambiguity and change.
  • Strong commitment to responsible and secure use of AI, with a deep understanding of privacy principles.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus., * Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or SharePoint integrations.
  • Background in digital transformation, training, analytics, IT, or operations.
  • Experience within consumer brands, retail, design, or global organizations.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure AI, Power Platform).
