• Deep understanding of customer requirements and customization· Creation of solutions with detailed technical design and documentation - SoW, LLD, ATP · Solution implementation according to agreed schedule and timelines · Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during implementation (interaction with the back-office and R&D teams, if needed) · Conduct technical workshops and consulting with Customers and partners · Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and customer personnel to work effectively

• · At least 3 years industry relevant, integration work experience (Networking and Security) · Customer orientation and on-site support experience · Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with L2/L3 Switching/Routing, L4/L7 switching/load balancing · Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, security consulting, SSL, IPSec · Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper and virtualization products (VMware, KVM) · Good knowledge of Linux environment and script writing skills in at least one of the following: Bash, Perl, Python · Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities - complex problems debugging and resolution · Communication and interpersonal skills - written and verbal · The role requires often traveling locally and abroad · Fluent English and French communication - written and verbal · Willingness to travel up to 50%
