Job description

As an ICT Senior Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in delivering smarter, more connected services by:

  • Leading the support, development, and enhancement of key business applications
  • Providing expert technical advice and guidance across the organisation
  • Supporting digital projects that improve customer journeys and reduce manual workloads
  • Collaborating with ICT teams to improve systems and resolve technical challenges
  • Designing and implementing secure, high-performing IT solutions
  • Troubleshooting complex 2nd and 3rd line support issues
  • Engaging with stakeholders to understand and deliver their IT requirements
  • Maintaining thorough documentation and staying up to date with emerging tech trends

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a major digital transformation initiative-enhancing customer experience, boosting efficiency, and embedding sustainability into core operations., We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, with:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and productivity tools)
  • Experience managing both cloud-based and on-premise applications
  • Proficiency with Power Platform tools like Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Solid understanding of SQL Server and writing complex queries
  • Familiarity with data integration and system connectivity
  • Experience leading technical projects from concept to delivery
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Agile working practices

£40,174 - £43,236 per annum (up to £44,472 for exceptional performance)
